What is hunger? And how does it relate to appetite?
First of all, appetite is defined as a desire, caused by nature, to satisfy a bodily need. So the question becomes, when are you consuming some type of food to satisfy a bodily need, as in for fuel, and when are you eating to satisfy an emotional or false sense of bodily need? If it is real hunger we are experiencing, then great, we combat it by giving the body its needs for the day, such as a shake or planned out variety meal. But what if it is just emotional hunger and what if, even worse, we give in to it and lose our willpower?
Use the Vi-Trim®
I can’t think of any better way to combat hunger like the Vi-Trim from ViSalus. What this product does is take edge off, when you are absolutely craving something you know you should not eat. It also packs a powerful punch in that, much like coffee, but in a different way, it gives you a nice little mental buzz. One of the ingredients is used to fight depression. The Vi-Trim® combines the power of Chromate® with the power of SuperCitrimax®. Both of these products produce no side effects, are healthy for you, pack the most clinical strength doses, are patented, and have great to outstanding reviews all over the internet. Use up to three per day. The best time to use them are 30 minutes before meals and during times when you are drained or easily swayed into having an unhealthy snack (like late at night).
Lots of Protein!
Foods that are high in protein and low in calories should be a staple of anyone wishing to lose weight in the form of fat. Protein takes a long time to break down in the body and a long time to absorb. Try to get at least 30 grams of protein per day. The Visalus Vi-Shape Shake mix as a replacement meal will help you to meet your protein quota since each shake has 12 grams of protein.
Eat Potatoes!
Forget the whole anti-carb movement. You can have carbs. As long as they are obtained from healthy sources, you are staying in you calorie range (usually 1500-2200 calories per day depending on your goals), and exercising you will be fine. A medium sized potato is around 110 calories. These large diet pills contain the power to ward of hunger for hours. It does this by holding off digestive enzymes causing the delay of the onset of hunger cravings because it stays in your intestine for so long.
Take Your Multi-Mineral Vitamins!
Another popular theory is that even if you are eating many meals, you may not be getting all the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants that your body needs! What happens then is your brain keeps telling your body to eat something, without telling it what to eat. Taking the Visalus Vi-Pak may help reduce the craving since it contains all the Antioxidants, Minerals & Vitamins needed to help curb your appetite.
Drink H20-Water Please!
Did you know that 74% of adults are dehydrated? This can slow metabolism 3–5%, and keep the pounds on. Another reason to drink plenty of fluids is that 37% of people can confuse thirst as hunger. So drink plenty of fluids up to 96 oz per day, add Visalus NEURO, and you’ll have healthy energy and help your body flush out toxins, feel fuller, and help your metabolism too! It is often quoted across weight loss forums and nutrition guides all over the web, that dehydration is a major contributing factor in the promotion of hunger.
