2012 Will this be the year you make good on your resolution?

“Here’s to 2012!”

Despite what the Mayan Calendar has to say, my guess is that 2012 will not mark the end of the world. Does anyone remember Y2K? However, if you play your cards right, 2012 can be the year you finally make good on that pesky resolution to get in shape, lose weight, change you habits, eat right or get better nutrition for your body. Think back to 2011 what was your resolution? How long did it take to go back to your old bad habits?

Keep it simple and write it down so you can view it everyday and set an achievable goal so that when 2013 comes around you won’t be starting down that same path again but setting another new achievable goal for 2013.

My goal and plan has 5 simple steps to follow and achieve my desired results.

1) In Jan I will start a new Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge with a goal to lose 20 more pounds by my daughter’s wedding in May. By the way her wedding is my one big why (motivation to lose weight) I joined Visalus.

2) On this 90 day challenge I will take a nutritional ViSalus Vi-Shape Shake Mix as a replacement meal twice per day, always for breakfast and then either for lunch or dinner.

4) Exercise! Join a local gym, or walk the neighborhood. This is an area I really need to improve on as part of my goal setting. I lost 30 pound without exercising on steps 1-3 so this will help me lose weight faster and build lean muscle.

How will you lose weight in 2012?

Since I have been on the Body By ViSalus 90 Day Challenge I have been able to lose over 30 pounds this year! What impresses me the most is that I have managed to maintain my weight during the Holidays with at least one daily  Vi-shape Shake as a replacement meal along with Vi-Trim & ViSlim. This has always been a challenge for me in the past.

Are you tired, worn out at the end of the day?

What I have found out is that like most people we are very busy, stressed out to the max every day just from normal activity either at work, or from raising a family or both and are just worn out at the end of the day.

Before I joined the ViSalus Body by Vi 90 day Challenge in July I struggled to stay awake while watching the news or Jeopardy and found myself tired and worn out every day! Now, like most busy people I don’t always eat right but I always took a multi-vitamin, vitamin C & Fish oil daily so I could get the nutrition (so I thought) that I needed.

What I have found is that since July when I joined the ViSalus Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge  and have been taking the great tasting nutritional Vi-Shape Shake mix plus the Vi-pak daily I have much more energy.
